Course Overview

Scope: This refresher course covers the first half of the Acrobatic Arts syllabus, from Primary to Level 6.

Content:

• Foundations of AcroDance: Handstands, cartwheels, and bridges.
• Techniques: Proper placement, spotting techniques, and basic anatomy.
• Additional Skills: AcroDance transitions and lesson planning.
• Skill Level: Up to Level 6, including back walkovers, front chest stands, and assisted handstands.

Requirements: Teachers must have an active Module One License to take this course.
