Welcome to Online Multiple Studio Exams!

We are thrilled to have your dancers participate. Before registering, please take a moment to carefully review the following important information. By registering, you agree to the terms outlined below:

• Registration: Open only to certified teachers with valid licenses. Registrations by unlicensed individuals will be canceled.
• Availability: Dancers must be available for the exam between 8:00 AM and 6:00 PM Mountain Time.  Teachers are responsible for ensuring their dancers are aware of the correct time zone.
• Examination Handbook: For detailed information, including pricing, refer to the Examination Handbook. Log in, click on 'policy,' and use the provided password from the pop-up to access it.
• M2 Certification: Required for entries at Level 7 and above.
• Maximum Entries: A maximum of 18 entries per teacher is permitted.
• Registration Deadline: Registration closes one month before the exam, no exceptions will be made for late entries.
• Schedule Requests: Due to the complexity of scheduling across multiple studios, specific schedule requests cannot be accommodated.
• Schedules: Preliminary schedules will be distributed after registration closes. Final schedules will be issued three weeks prior to the exam.
• Exam Results: Results will be emailed within 2 weeks after the exam and mailed within 2 months. We recommend setting your own internal deadlines to allow for this processing time.
• Studio Requirements: Dancers must take the exam in a suitable studio space. Remote participation from home is not permitted.
• Online Multiple Teacher Exam Feedback Meeting: To register or request more details, please contact your exam coordinator.

Cancellations:

• A 30% administrative fee applies for cancellations made more than one month prior to the exam session.
• No refunds or transfers available for any reason one month or less before the exam session.
